Dispatch
Orders ship within 2–5 business days of confirmation. Straight after a drop it can take up to 7. You get a tracking number by email once it leaves.

Duties and import tax are paid by the recipient. Customs delays are outside our control. Orders returned to us for unpaid duty are refunded less shipping both ways.
If it never arrives
If tracking has not moved for 7 days, write to call me with your order number. Confirmed losses are reshipped or refunded in full.
Returns
Change of mind
Exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Shipping both ways is on you. Tags attached, unworn, unwashed.
Faulty or wrong item
Within 30 days of delivery, shipping fully on us. Send a photo and we handle it straight away.

- variation in print position and ink density
- colour drift and light wear on washed pieces
- colour differences between screens
Cannot be returned
- worn or washed pieces
- pieces with the tag removed
- opened hygiene items such as socks
- anything bought on sale (exchange only)
Refunds
Inspection takes 2–3 business days from arrival. Once it passes, the refund goes back to your payment method within 3–5 business days. Your card issuer may add a few more.

1. Scope
These terms cover use of the online shop operated by www. Using the site means you accept them.
2. Orders
An order is formed when we send dispatch confirmation, not when payment clears. We may cancel and refund in full for stock errors, pricing errors, or orders we judge fraudulent.
3. Stock
Every piece is a limited run and is not remade. Quantities shown may not be live.
4. What you post
Lines left under a product are public to every visitor and are not deleted. Posting means you agree to that. We may remove without notice:
- anything containing another person's private information
- hate or harassment aimed at a group or an individual
- spam, advertising, repeat posting
- anything unlawful
5. Intellectual property
Graphics, print originals, product photography and text belong to www. Copying beyond personal viewing, and any commercial reuse, is not permitted. We may also limit bulk buying for resale.
6. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, network failure or carrier strikes. Any other liability is capped at the value of the order.
7. Disputes
Korean law applies. Disputes are heard by the court with jurisdiction over the customer's address.
8. Changes
Changes are posted on this page. Changes that disadvantage you are announced 30 days before they take effect.

About the public log
The log under each product was built to be public from the start. Your line and a randomly issued five-character ID are visible to everyone, and we do not, as a rule, take individual deletion requests. Do not write names, phone numbers, addresses or account numbers. We may aggregate these records to observe reactions; nothing identifying an individual goes into the results.
Who we pass it to
Only the minimum needed goes to the carrier and the payment processor. Beyond that we sell or hand over nothing, absent a lawful demand.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your own data. Write to call me and we act within 10 days. Records we are legally required to keep are not deleted during that period.
Cookies
Only the minimum needed to hold your bag and count visits. You can block them in your browser, though parts of the site will stop working.

A public record anyone can add a line to. It is not deleted and everyone sees it. Don't put personal details in it.
